Scrabulary Word of the Day - 10/22/17 "BLASTERING"

BLASTERING = BLASTING +BLUSTERING

Beetie was outside barbecuing chicken.  The weather was turning cold quickly.  He brought in the last few pieces and I said:

"You finished just in time.  The wind is blastering out there!"

Unpredictable Fall weather in Colorado.

Scrabulary Word of the Day - 10/08/17 "COMPANAL"

COMPANAL = COMPANY + VENTURE CAPITAL

My husband was telling me about his research into cryptocurrency investing.  He said:

"I was looking at a companal."

After he paused, realizing he had spoken a Scrabulary word which I took a moment to write down, he went on to share the amazing world of cryptocurrency.

Bye-bye fiat money!

Scrabulary Word of the Day - 10-7-17 "GHAVE"

GHAVE = GOT + HAVE

My friend Tina always thinks of me when she hears a Scrabulary word spoken and passes it along.  Here's her recent contribution.  She was talking with her hubby about something and his response was:

"Don't worry about what you ghave."

Would have liked to have been a fly on her wall--Was her hubby giving her carte blanche for some shopping she had planned?

Thanks for the great word, Tina!!

Scrabulary Word of the Day - 10-06-17 " AUTOPAYMATICS"

AUTOPAYMATICS = AUTOMATIC + PAYMENTS

Whoa! I think my Scrabulary skills are evolving.  I was typing a confirmation email to a customer letting them know I received their documents when all of a sudden I found myself typing a Scrabulary word!  It went like this:

"I received your documents--thank you.  I have added the information to your account for autopaymatics."

Scrabulary words have migrated from my speech to my fingertips!

Mind. Blown!
