CRAST = CLASS + CRUST
Swuvie and I were driving by a new apartment complex which had signs advertising "For Lease". I thought it was funny that they used "lease" instead of "rent". Swuvie said:
"Ya, I guess "lease" sounds better than "rent" because that development was advertised as more upper crast."
