Scrabulary Word of the Day - 12-29 "SHODDO PHOPED"

SHODDO PHOPED = PHOTO SHOPPED

My dear friend, Marsha, sent today's Scrabulary word/phrase.  She wrote to me and said:

"I was trying to tell Ralph [her wonderful hubby] that a pic had been photo shopped and it came out as ' the pic was shoddo phoped'."

That was truly Scrabularized, Marsha!
Way to go!!  :D

Thanks, Girlfriend,

Scrabulary Word of the Day is a 2-fer - 12-23 "SUNE" and "TONG"

SUNE = SONG + TUNE and TONG = TUNE + SONG

I've done it now--I spoke a Scrabulary word while trying to explain another Scrabulary word  that I had spoken moments before.

I was telling Swuvie about a Christmas song I enjoyed mostly because I liked the tune.  I said:

"I find myself humming that Christmas sune alot."  I realized I had spoken a new Scrabulary word and said: "Ha! That was tong! [LOL] Oh brother, I mean sune which is song + tune.  Instead, I said tong which is tune + song."

Soon speaking fluent Scrabulary,

Scrabulary Word of the Day - 12-15 "FALICE"

FALICE = FALSE + POLICE

After hearing a sad news report that a newborn was found in a dumpster, the truth came out.  It turns out the mother of the newborn called the police reporting her newborn in the dumpster so as to get the infant off her hands.  Upon hearing the report, Swuvie said:

"That's so sick.  And apparently, she doesn't know it's against the law to file a falice report?"

The condition of our culture grieves me,
~Scrabulary Chris :(

Scrabulary Word of the Day - 12-1 "SPACKED UP"

SPACKED UP = STACKED UP + PACKED

About one year ago, I used/posted a form of today's Scrabulary word.  (I do a search before posting each word to make sure I don't repeat myself; however, today's word is slightly different and I thought it was unusual that I had said it/posted it in December 2011.)  It was even used in the same context.  See, Scrabulary words really do become a part of my everyday vocabulary.

"The mail is probably spacked up in the mailbox by now."

Kinda weird, kinda cool,
~Scrabuary Chris :D
